Traffic Citations
Most Traffic Citations carry a points and or suspension penalty, even if the citation is from several years prior. When a Driver is suspended for failure to respond, the common mistake is to simply pay the fine and assume that one’s privileges will be restored. However, this is the same as pleading guilty, which often can result in incurring additional suspension time that can last for several years.
